...ok so clear sumthin up for me.
When I was first playing I was part of Ballistic Mystix, (an incredible guild)..and they would trek me around and I would the TP's.
Thing is, since I have never done any missions at ALL, and in fame the only thing I have is my normal tryker -20 (or whatever it is) against Zorai.
SO, the TP's I got were neutral ones right? I mean, since I had no fame those were the only ones I was ever able to get?

... All regions accept for PR and 250 zones have a nuetral TP (that includes Nexus) (edit) so if you're missing some regions outside of PR and 250s, Then no you don't have them all

And Yes the ones you have are neutral. Cus you can't get faction only TPs... with neutral fame.

(Edit) Unless ofcourse you came into game before the fame changes which according to that join date you didn't ()

Yep,It does. I lost ALL my fame when the fame changes took place heh... So most of mine are 0 accept some Fyros fame I did and my kami/Kara fame ofcourse.

Yes, those are all starting values for a Tryker. The specific values vary by race, but always neutral civ and neutral faction to start.

There is a list of teleporters available to neutrals here

Civilization fame plays absolutely no role in what teleporters you can get- just faction fame and alignment.

we neutrals are very picky about who we let in.. you cant just let everyone call themselves neutral, might as well let them start the game that way !!!

to be a real neutral, you need to be vague and indecisive about what you are trying to achieve, but bitterly and irrevocably opposed to the factioned players getting any more... anything.

Hard-core militant neutrals do protest marches (all in different step), scream conflicting slogans, and sabotage rival neutral groups - the average size of a neutral group is one person.. some are smaller -

As well as Jimmy said, as a true Neutral you have to complain about one time every month how unfair the world is for you, about not getting enough TP and about the factioned players getting all the rum....

Hmmm i am quite surprised by how many regions have kami and kara tps... i only knew of a few on the list... that really is a great benefit that goes over looked by others alot....
