Game Don't start

When i click Play Ryzom it says: we are patching The Saga of Ryzom on your computer. This migh take several minutes depending on your connection. Please be patient. This Window will close when the patching is over.
then i click again and same text all-over again!
What should i do?

Download
this file and extract it to a folder of your choice, using either the standard windows compression tool, or something like Winzip (
http://www.winzip.com).
To start up Klients simply double-click the klients.exe in the folder you have created. The chat program will load up and automatically connect to the server. Upon the first login, you will have to type in your Saga Of Ryzom Username and password (case-sensitive).
Once you are connected, one of our volunteer tech support team will be able to assist you
