Ryzom Downloader

Hello I played Ryzom when it was in beta. I would like to try it again to see how the game has changed. However I am having problems getting it to install. I downloaded the installer and the ryzom downloader seems stuck at 8.17MB/616MB.
I am running Vista and it doesn't matter if I turn the firewall off or not, it is just stuck. Are the download severs down or something?
