We're closing the live servers to retro-patch the game to patch 619. The good news is that we won't roll back your characters. The consequences are as follows:

• Everything that was added with patch 632 will disappear (you can find a list here).
• If you had stacks of sap crystals, each stack will count as 1 crystal when you'll use them.
• Your characters stats will be back to the way they were before patch 619, meaning they won't have the extra 100 points in each stat that got added when we made the new player experience easier. If you create a new character, he will have these "extra" points and start with 200 points as it should be.

I just noticed (so I can't really say from when this did not work anymore) that with patch 632 I cannot take snapshots of the character selection/creation screen anymore. It used to be possible to capture an image via PrtScr (windows clipboard) and paste it into a graphics program - now the clipboard remains empty.
Is it just me, has this already been disabled for some time, is this intentional (why!?), or does nobody care at all?
If no, this might also be worth looking into while you're at it.

In addition, there are some title issues - these are normal and nothing to worry about. Have fun ingame

If you confirm it, you may want to submit a ticket via the in game support tool (on live shard) so that the devs can look into it by following the usual process.

Will we be getting this back at some point?

Wehhh? I can only assume that it's been taken down to work on it... but a little more information would be lovely.

Since it's now 10pm in France wern't not likely to get any further official responces today but I think it'd be pretty safe to assume things didn't quite work out as expected so patches were reversed for the time being. Further tests & adjustments will be required before they patch again.
