Ryzom

About 2 weeks ago, I had to re-install Ryzom due to data corruption. After doing it I had found that my klients was no longer installed. So I downloaded it again from your site but now, everytimes I start it, it keeps looping and giving me the message below :

Why isn't it able to logon on ?

If I start klients as how it is now, nothing happens once I am there. I have to click CONNECT to start seeing something and that's when it starts looping with that error message I said.

It was working fine before I had to re-install it.

By the way, there should be an official thread posted by you guys in this support forum section to advise that you guys are aware of the patch problem.

this will preven unnecessary posts done by people who are not aware others are having this problem.

you cannot expect people to do a forum search. I know, I keep telling this to the members of my GMAX forum and 90% of the times when reporting a problem, they don't do a search.

Have you looked in your plus.ini file? There should be a section named [main] in that section clear the values for :
MtpChat Login=
MtpChat Password=

Sounds like you may have some invalid values stored there that are being sent to the server.
