[DOWNTIME] Monday is patch day!

As you can see
here, the game servers will be closed for patching on Monday 23rd July from 8am to 12pm GMT (8-midday).

We're aware that some players are having problems with the new patch and are currently investigating the issue. Thanks for your patience and hopefully it will be resolved quickly.

Update:
If you have the "stream does not contain at least xxxxxx bytes" error, the approved fix is as follows:
- Open the Ryzom folder on your harddrive
- Make a copy of your \save\ folder so you have a backup
- Open the \save\ folder (not the backup) and delete the file "string_client.pack"
- Start the game!
Once you have verified that you can log in as normal, open up the backup version of the \save\ folder and delete the "string_client.pack" from there too
