One Day on Atys

I had this small idea to capture 24 hours of atys and squeeze them in a video, here is the result, hope you like it!

Now that is pretty cool! Very interesting... it's funny how much like ants the homins seem to behave when viewed at that speed... sort of puts things into perspective, doesn't it?

Awesome, simple idea!
I wonder though, did you use Fraps to record this? I know that if I record for several seconds the file gets to be SO big...how did you record all this without the file reaching GIGS in size?

one other video did this ages ago, can't remember which excatly but somethngs telling me a vid about Pyr made by AG? will try to dig it out, i remember he/she used after effects to make it. Very cool effect

Fraps, 1 frame per second

Got a ~7 Gig File anyway, but considering an Atys day is 72 minutes, not too bad...

Its prety good and if you pay attention to the music and the trees, it almost look as if they are dancing to the beat of the song !
