After last nights reboot i was noticing some odd things was happening with nuking, mainly i was getting alot more resists on somebody then i should of at the time. Then it just sorta stopped. But after it did the oddest thing happen, i linked a elemental dot on someone and then i broke it with a double elemental nuke. When the double elemental nuke landed the person also took a hit of DoT damage.

Here is a screen shot of my system info showing the double elemental nuke and elemental DoT landing at the same time.

To me this seems like a bit of Lag.
Your Client is faster then the Info going to and from the server, so it may seem to you that theses spells hit at the same time.
And/Or they "do" hit at the same time because of that phenomenon.
It´s the same thing as when a mob seemingly hits you, after it allready died on your screen.

At least I hope this explains it.

Dunno if its related, but I've noticed a few incidents where an Affy link was still in place (or at least the graphic was) long after the mob is dead, looted and gone. However no xp can be gained from the "ghost-link" on subsequent mobs, anc casting again breaks the link as normal.

That can be forced Ffio.
You can force such a link in a OP battle for example, and the link will stick to the person. As long as you dont die or move, the link will stick on him even if he dies. And when he gets back up its still there.
