why wont it run

I just installed ryzom yesterday and it said that everything went a ok but when i clik the ryzom link it brings me the installer and then it says that it will run the game but the game never comes up. why?

It wont unpack the ryzom_client_rd.exe and it says its missing wwwfile.dll when i try and run it.

Look in your \Ryzom\unpack folder and move the files to their proper locations as per
this post. This should solve your issue. If it doesn't feel free to log into
Klients for live tech support.
