Account not upgraded RESOLVED

I upgraded my account 6 hours ago using Direct debit Visa. My account reads as authorised and I can now post in main forum - but my game account has not been upgraded - im still on trial and cannot progress further or go to mainland - any help welcome :)



THIS HAS BEEN SORTED OUT NOW - THANKYOU TO ALL INVOLVED :)

In order to progress past the level caps or proceed to the mainland you need to restart Ryzom. Please submit an ingame ticket if this doesn't resolve your problem.

So I have to start my character from 0 again? Nobody else has had to do that, at least noone I have spoken too.

If you are refering to logging in and out I have done that many times already

When I said restart, I meant to close Ryzom completely and restart the game as opposed to logging to the character select screen. If this doesn't resolve the problem please submit an ingame ticket and we can have the billing department investigate further.
