Account upgrade RESOLVED

Can anyone tell me how long it should take to upgrade my account.
I did it over 6 hours ago using Direct Debit Visa card.
My account says it has been authorised already.
I have sent an email to customer service but have not heard anything back yet.
Anyway - any advice would be welcomed
