Can anyone tell me how long it should take to upgrade my account.

I did it over 6 hours ago using Direct Debit Visa card.

My account says it has been authorised already.

I have sent an email to customer service but have not heard anything back yet.

Anyway - any advice would be welcomed

Your account is already upgraded, Free Trial players show Free Trial as their forum rank. In order to see the changes in game (i.e. in order to go over the level caps or to go to the mainland you will have to restart ryzom)
