Help!!! Plz!!!

I took 1.5 hours to download the full gamer trial and i go to play it and this little screen apears saying something that goes away so quick i can't readt the first word. Then the downloader apears asking if i would like to install or repair. either one i do it just does the same thing! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check your \ryzom\unpack directory for leftover files and move them into your main ryzom directory. then excute client_background_downlaoder.exe and select the repair option.

If you are running Vista then you must also make sure your user account has read an write permissions to the directory you are installing ryzom.
