Can i buy one when on ML? How much? Do I need other players to to be in guild? Maintenance fees? Anything else I should know? Thanks

Guild halls don't have maintenance fees but they cost 10 mill

You can have your very own guild hall. It sure does give you a lot of space to store things hehe.

There's one restriction, you can't have others who are not in your guild come and admire your hall

Are guild halls customizable at all?

You can choose between four capital cities and about six (?) various addresses in each of those, you can choose what to fill the inventory with, ummm, that's about it . The interior layout and decorations depend only upon the city the guildhall is in. They are rather splendid, though .
