Certain outposts produce materials that can be used to make weapons, there are two types of materials produce, one is vedice which gives a 5% chance of vampirism (not only do you do your normal damage but the amount you hit for is added to your HP) and Tekorn which adds a 10% chance of critical hit (critical hits vary depending on what part of a person/mob you hit, below is a rough guide for critical hits against players).beaut666 wrote: By the way, someone explain "OP" daggers?

To add to Kye's explanation, outpost weapons use factional craft plans to allow for the inclusion of the outpost materials. I don't think that faction is either a requirement or a restriction to learn the plans, but the finished items look different to the racial items. Karavan items are made with a modified nexus material and may have blue K sparkles, kami items are made with a purified nexus material and may have yellow K sparkles. It adds 10% chance of critical hits (5% is the base chance i think), when it was first brough in it was only a 5% chance, but that got increased.
