A few times CSR have told me to check the forums for reported bugs but I just don't seam to find this.
Could you point me to the links where I could find :
- reported bugs with status
- reported suggestions with status

I have done over 10 years of application support and therefore, used many different ticket system and help desk. These all have one thing in common : you create a ticket AND you are able to view them back to get a status or see what has been done/mentionned in them.
So far, I have NOT found any way of me pulling a list of all my tickets. So if I cannot pull/view them back, how can I get a status (or even remember all of what I have reported) ?
Even looking through this site, so far, has revealed nothing about this. I have gone throught the developement section. I seriously do not want to go through a thread of over 50 replies for this. Not to mention that the search function inside one single thread is not suited for specfic words combination (like find "aaa bbb" it will result in find aaa OR bbb).

When you use the bug support function here, your ticket goes to another site to be looked at by the support staff. From there it is handled/forwarded to the appropriate level of the CSR/DEV staff. Typically someone will contact you in game immediately and let you know it's been forwarded and they will probably seek more information on the matter to add to your ticket if needed.
There is no user function to "lookup" your tickets after submission. If you post in the proper forums you might get a response you can later refer to. Depending on the suggestion/bug you submit, you may never here about it again until it appears in a patchnote. Often there are also stealth fixes in which you will just notice something was tweaked.
I have only played one other game which had a function similar to what you describe for looking up tickets... and though you could see it's status it didn't really do more than generate "automated" responses when followed up on.
There are many issues/bugs that have been around for years and haven't really hit the "to do" list. TBH, I think you expectations are a bit high... There is lots for the Dev's to do, and never enough of them to get it all done.

But I am not expecting to have my reported issues/suggestions to be implemented withing the next 6 months.
I had talked to a CSR on all of them, between 50-75% of all my tickets he said had been fowarded.
I am just surprise that for a ticket system there is no way for the reporters to even look at them. Added to the fact that those CSR told me to come here in the forum and look at the bug list, but what bug list ?

Hmm i agree with u browser, it would be nice to be able to look at the status of ur support ticket. I played a game with the crappiest CSR team ever but i could always check the status of any ticket i had send in....

It is not in the games best interest to have bugs or exploits listed so that someone could browse though then and take advantage of them.
In my experience bugs dealing with my account, I have had good follow up responses from the CSRs till the problem was resolved.
With bugs or exploits I find in game, I submit the ticket and hope it's fixed in an upcoming patch.
This is not the open source game it started out to be, the Devs do not wish to share the bugs and exploiter with the general public.

Oh i agree with u Neva, but still a ticketinfopage on ur accountpage couldnt hurt imo.

I'm with DT here... whenever I've been able to look at the list of support tickets I've submitted (never with a game, but sometimes with other general computing support systems) they've always just had autogenerated "Ticket #59731585284255862762348564586 successfully resolved" messages on them.
Plus I think its more likely they just meant that people post about tech support problems on this forum and so you can look and see if anyone else has the same problem...

or that fame statue of me after the 1000th suggestion ?
