AGP Error

Ok I had an original problem with my firewall blocking connection...I turned it off and I think I have solved that part. Now when I load the game up I get past the little rectangle intro screen and the background goes black. Then an error comes up saying that I dont have enough AGP memory. Any idea what this means? I updated my vid cards drivers and the error doesnt popup anymore, but it still freezes my entire computer at the black screen. Help plz, I just got an acct and I wouldnt mind using it =).
