Subscription Didn't Cancel...

Hello,
I started paying to play Ryzom March 21, 2007 and then, on April 9, went to my account management page, clicked the 'Edit your personal information or change your password' link and chose to terminate my current subscription. If everything went right, I would have only been charged for the March 21-April 21 subscription.
Since then, you have charged me for another 2 months of play, when I have not even logged on since April 9, 2007. I would really like to have the last to subscription fee refunded, because it was a failure on your part to terminate my account, which I requested within my first month of play.
Please refund it to the card I used to activate my account with. Please reply to this email address if you would like to straighten out the ordeal.
