Suggestion concerning Uni chat (and Feedback forum)

Well, I'm sooo new I can't even post in the Feedback forum, so I'm posting my (now two bits of) feedback here:
1. Even new paying subscribers should be able to post in the Feedback forum.
2. Universal chat should be changed. I'm not quite sure how it should be changed, but right now it vacillates between discussion and Q&A, with CSRs having to often spend their time babysitting those who want to use the channel to discuss general stuff.
There are enough people who want to discuss things in a universal channel that it justifies one being made available. I think Uni should be used for just that. I think those who want to shut Uni off should be able to do so - so they don't get bombarded with general discussion they don't want to see. (Right now, even those who don't want general discussion, but do want Q&A, will probably leave the channel active.)
A Support channel should be added just for Q&A.
Now here's the questions: should only CSRs be able to see player communications in a Support channel, and then reply in tells? That would absolutely keep non-Q&A discussion to a minimum, however, it would also keep non-CSRs from helping answer questions. If everyone could see and reply to Support channel communication, then would a separate Universal chat be enough to keep the discussers happy, and out of the Q&A channel?
Of course, great game! This is just a suggestion for perceived improvement.
