Geting Billed : got a free chance to REACURING payment from gameforce ?

I played the trail back in November 2006 liked it.
4 days into the trail i just HAD to leave that "noob" island so i used my creditcard to pay for 1 month to see whats beyond the island.
After a few days there we got the notice that nevrax gone bankrupt and u could no longer subscribe to it.
My accout was set to free or somthing intil the take over bissines was complete, and the month i payed for would go in effect after they finished it.
I was happy thinking i could play 2 months now
(and man with the server restarts i got like 1 billion present under the cristmas tree's)
Middle of December i got a position as a GM in "another" online game so i quit playing ryzom never logged in since.
I use a special CC made for online games, and can only see transactions online.
Last week i got a letter from them that i OW them 125 euro's.
So i login to my CC and see that "Gameforce" has been billing me everymonth since 2007 ! (it says nevrax france on the payent)
So whats up with that ?
I never used reacuring payment anywhere, i even got a email here from nevrax saying 1 time payment back in november 2006
