I am a fighter/mage, I want to put enchantments on my weapons. However I cannot create the cristal (ingame spelling) and logging does not help. I cast successfully but no cristal love. Yea this has been all over the forums but I would love to know if it is going to be addressed asap.

The current work-around of crafting something and the cristals then showing up in your inventory is unacceptable, I have no interest in spending 50+ points for a skill I don't want so that I can play as intended.

So, quick fix or cancellation?

This was a problem even in beta, it has to do with the 'crystals' not showing up in your inventory.

Just make a few of them, click the 'take all' as you create each one, then go kill some stuff and loot the items from the creatures.

What happens or has been happening is that the crystal icons do not show up.

Actually, this has been a problem since beta 1.

Its an on again and off again issue, don't think they have ever found the real problem that is behind it.

When I have this occur, I make no more than 6 crystalized spells, then I go kill some Gingo's or Kipee, and loot them, then log off and back on, and the crystals show up.

I won't guarantee this will fix your problem, but give it a try.

Another recommended approach is to craft something afterwards. It can be anything (dagger, boots, etc.). That will cause the crystalized spells to appear in the inventory in some cases as well.
