ATS: New things

We've opened the ATS (Advanced Test Servers) today (April 24th) in order to test on a larger scale the features of the upcoming patch. Find more details

Please give us your feedback in this thread for these points:
- We added a skull icon that appears when you have death penalty.
- A couple of changes on the Ruins of Silan: Yubos are easier to kill than before and a new refugee starts with 200 points in his energy bars instead of 100. It should be almost hard to die.
- Outposts: When challenging an OP, you now need to have at least one guid member of roughly the level of the OP online (his level has to be 50 levels lower or less than the OP).
This same member also has to be part of the guild since a certain time, which is 5 days for a level 50 OP, 10 days for a level 100, and so on until 25 days to declare on a level 250 OP.
- Revamp of the error login messages.
Note: We haven't translated all the new texts yet so you may encounter French words here and there. We should patch a translated version within the week.

If a new refugee is starting with 200 hp, they should also start with 200 stamina, 200 sap and 200 focus.

The OP ideas are very nice, I suspect they will make for a good deal less standing around time.
For the increase in HP for new players, will this mean they will have 100 more HP
then the older player base?
Looks like things are certainly on an upswing for the game!

Your 4 energies get 100 more points and your 4 regen rates are also raised. This change is mainly addressed to the refugees but we apply it on every characters to stay fair.

Any work being done to make the ingame Email more "user friendly"? Placed lots of suggestions in on this and should actually be a somewhat easy fix using rollover tags.

Didnt you make the game too easy with silan yet ?
It s not because you need more player that you need to make the game easier and easier.
What will you do if that doesnt work ? ...start the game with one level 250 of your choice ?
Plus raising the regen rate will encourage soloing (yay lineage or any other free corean MMO clone), and that not what ryzom or even a MMO is meant to be.

well its a very subtle change as far as ur full homin lifetime will go..
on silain its a biig boost.
i never had a problem, first, melee to get some dappers, buy a mace, then can 1shot everything from lv3>15, just have to regen stam lol
then magic was easy...
but the newbies usually cast with their dagger, and punch with their amps..
so i can understand it - less confusion for ppl and easyer to get into the game.
it is not extream in anyway, and a nice boost for all!
especially that 2700 base focus =) i will appreciate this ALOT =D

Why not adding a small window that says how much DP you have (like the bubble that show you bulk in your packer) after you looged out with DP ? So we wouldnt have to kill something or dig a node to know exactly our dps
Dont know if i clearly described it
ps : i hope that skull icon will not be like the one we have when one of our packer is dead ...it s really uggly and obstructive in the middle of the screen
