Locked on Connecting....

I have a problem I haven't seen in the posts yet. I log in, play for a few hours then log out. I come back to log in again the same night and get stuck on the screen saying..Connecting with the autolauncher dude. I never get to character selection even. If I log in the next day I'm okay, until I log out that night and try to relog, then the same problem. I have great internet connection, no lag or any other problems, checked all ports and set up is done properly. What cn I do? I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. I have downloaded the full, and trial versions to see if the problem could be fixed. Please..any suggestions?

if this is happening around 5am to 5:45am (UTC/GMT timezone), it's been like that few weeks now (not saying it was fast before, just didnt get chance to log in that early before), they have not fixed it, so it must be normal.
now i log in 4:55am utc/gmt. it's slow then too, but i get to char selection with 2 min waiting only. (any other time, i get into _game_ in 1min or so)

This is a new issue we are trying to look into and correct.
When you are trying to connect and you are stuck like this, if you could please pingplot/traceroute the servers at "rslogin.juk.shards.nevrax.com" and send the results to
support-ee@ryzom.com as well as the times you attempted to connect, it can help us track this problem down.

I have no idea how to do this. Please give instructions. I hm having this problem at this very moment..Ooh I am frustrated. Please give instructions so you can get this resolved

if it would be network path between me and gameforge, it would affect the game too, no ?
i'm logged in with one account. i get no please waits or packet loss.... yet second account is sitting on "Connecting..." for ~30min. also, when i do get ingame with second account, it usually takes a lot longer (i think) than normal to load my stats/inventory (room/gh on that char is full).
... and if i log to char select in 5am-5:45am gmt time, i get exactly the same ~30min wait.

3rd post gives info on how to do that, just replace the ip address in the post ( 83.141.21.125 ) with what tydamus said (rslogin.juk.shards.nevrax.com )

OK, it's 0530 GMT, 10:30 PDT. and I have the problem I did the tracert on the server and got connection with no particular delay and only seven hops. (Attempts to capture the result failed.) According to my comp, the server is accessible. However... Not so much with the allowing me to select my char or the like.

woot, i'm in... only took one hour. too bad i'm out of time and cant play.
funny thing... ats was acting normal.
