The movie we made was a movie, to honor the memory of Trog.
The High Officer in The Soul who died in RL due to disease.
Trog welcomed me into ryzom. Into Soul, with open arms.

This is OUR way of repaying the favour. I hope you see this in Heaven Trog.

About Trog.
As said, Trog was a High Officer in The Soul. He is still a officer, and he will never be demoted.This is to honor his memory.
Trog was really ill, he was having great difficulty breathing. If he could hang on until fall, when the weather wasnt so humid, he thought he could make it. But he didnt.
He was a quiet man, but a laughing and funny one when you got to know him better.
He would always be able to help out with a hunt and help newbs.

But sadly. This great mans life ended all to soon. This movie is to honor his memory. To show him where he is in heaven, that he is still remembered, still loved, and very dearly missed.

Baffos: "Trog was a good guy, clever gamewise. Didnt bother for fast grind and stuff, he loved 2 help noobs and spend time"

I wanted to do this movie because I cared for Trog and I cared for his memory. I felt it was important for him to be remembered.

I did'nt want to be first to post because i never met Trog, and so i held off but I fought long and hard against members of the Soul in EP2 and with them on many other occasions and know them to be good players.

As a biker I have lost freinds before their time and know that words are not enough.

My sincere best wishes to his freinds and especially his family at this time.

I also wasn't fortunate enough to meet him but my sincere condolence's to those that were close to Trog!

I'm in the same boat as Final. I never had the pleasure of meeting Trog, but from what I heard he was a great person, and I am proud to have been a part of his video.

Well, hard to come up with the right words that match the thoughts here.

But Trog was a dear friend, I may not have known him in Real life. But him, his ingame/real life girl friend and I grew up together in Ryzom.

There are many things I could share, and many things that are treasured as personal between us 3 that I myself will never tell. But the one thing is certain...he is looking at us all and saying wth....shut up already I told you not to be sobby Sarp......lol well Trog, I'll say now what I told you then, too bad

Trog, even tho he was a hard person to read, hard person to understand in his strange ways of humor, was still my best friend here on Ryzom. He could calm me down or Rile me up at a whim lol and I think I had the same effect on him.

When I needed a smack of reality and a stfu....he would be the only one that could successfully do it. Tho Rej and I would very easily smack him back lol.

If anyone needed help, or a team mate he was usually there. Ironic that his rough and tough biker exterior still had the "teddy bear" image. He would absolutely refuse to acknowledge this lol but it is true.

He had a serious competitive side to him that was hard to match, but would also help others to achieve a goal that he himself wanted to compete for.

Which brings me to the wildest time him, Rej and I had.

There was a competition in "The Soul" waaaay back for all guildies to compete for a set of AEN. The goal was to reach a set level in a group of skills.

A few of us wanted to get that armor, along with Trog, but lol I was determined and over course of the contest I kinda got a rep for not sleeping lol.

Well Trog caved and just helped me attain that goal, we did it so fast that people thought somehow we cheated lol, even the event coordinator

That time was a serious blast, we just grinded I think waay to much on Timmies (I think thats why I have this ingrained annoyance to Tims when digging lol) But in the end we got the armor, and he yelled at me horribly when I wore it in a combat situation. He said it needs to last forever for the time I kept him awake to get it lol....

So anyway, without Trog Ryzom is just not the same. Rej never logs in, I fell apart and got many upset at me cuz I was a wreck and extremely touchy. I came back to see how everyone was doing, and cuz I missed the "good old days" but it just will never be the same.

Trog, even tho I never met you in real life, I feel a part of me is missing. I miss you and Rej deeply *cry*

yes yes I know shut up already (as he is rolling his eyes and grumbling at me)

no idea what else to say, or if this all makes sence as I type while I think or lack of thought lol....anywho see ya in game everyone else for what time I am back.

A soul is never realy lost to us, as long as we remember it.
A friend is always with us, as long as we keep him in our hearts.
