It's the great Dragon of legend... Jena doesn't lie!

I remember there being some pondering over the changes that homins could make to chart the course of each server... one of the ideas was someone unleashing the dragon, leaving the server in ruins, and being universally despised... now THAT would be funny!

I always thought it was the branches of the canopy swaying In the wind.

Another funny sound is the beeps you hear when standing under one of those half broken Karavan spaceships ^^

Well, the soundfile for it is simply named "great creature roaring", or something like that. My guess it´s some sort of massive beast, somewhere down on the lower branches and bark, that can be seen from the cliffs of Matia, for example.

I´ve always wanted to write a story involving that sound

that´s why i prolly play without using ingame sound but i´d like to see a big beast cumming to visit us from down there. Good stuff for a story or maybe an event ?! :O

IWe've been thru this o.o ... It my pet giant Tyrancha, He stands 74 meters tall... He eats alot x.x Sometimes hard to support, but thats why you don't see many people I don't like on Atys Oops I'v sad to much.

That's what I'd go for. The roaring sounds more herbivorous than carnivorous, it seems to fit that kind of creature. But are they wild ones, or tamed ones carrying cities around? Maybe it's how those Marauders get their armies here.

Or perhaps there's some natural phenomenon that intensifies the sound as it travels up along the cliff, and it's just normal little bodocs down there.

Could also be the branches creaking and pounding against eachother in the wind, but where's the fun in that?

It can't be the Dragon, we agreed that was a spaceship.
