I just want to thank the CSR's for all the help that they have given me over the past 6 or so weeks.

Untill I started to play Ryzom, I had never played a game with such a helpful community, usually it was fend for yourself.

It is for this reason that I joined this community, and though I am soon leaving the ruins, you will be able to find me on the mainland.

For all new players, please take the time to talk to these volunteers, they are a great bunch of people.

Totally agree with you, the CSR's and Senior Guides are a brilliant bunch, best customer service i've ever recieved MMORPG wise.

I'm few hours old and I already had a CSR helping me there great. I have never seen such good service since AO back years ago..

Yes, thankfully we never take them for granted! They work hard and sometimes have to put up with alot.

I welcome you to the mainland and hope to see you there sometime.

I agree with u guys for the fullest, but having some more active CSR's on Cho wouldnt hurt our server imho.... I have been online all day havent seen one CSR.

I did this last night. I thanked a CSR for all the help they give us newbies. Fun game and great community so far. Its been a long time since i played a game with a great bunch of helpful people in it. I just upgraded from the free trial. I can't wait to see the mainland. I still need time on the isle though.
