I am having a problem when I start up the game. When I load the game and start playing my mouse disappears. I found that it happens when I right click.

Some quick ideas that might help:

Alt tabbing sometimes returns your mouse
So does bringing up windows task manager then dismissing it (CTRL ALT DEL then close task manager)
you can also hit shift F9 to toggle the free mouse mode.

If these dont resolve your problem you might want to update your mouse drivers and post your system and operating system specs so we can delve deeper into the problem.

When this problem happens I cant alt+tab or ctrl+alt+del. I am running windows vista so that might be a problem, but other than that vista is running it great.

when ingame, open configure window, from there mouse and turn on hardware cursor.
