My Ryzom .Exe file just dont work

I have installed the game and reinstalled it but when i go to play it it just says that it had to close unexpectedly and then that's it? what is the problem here cause i just spent 3 hours downloading it with great anticipation to play and now i cant please help

well to make things worse i am now getting a scripting error please please can some one help before i just give this game away for good.

Hi i seem to have solved the problem i think it was a vid card driver issue it seems to run now, BUT! i am now having the problem of being in game and it just crashes about 15 minutes into it and spits up a box whch has the option to (debug,ignore E.T.C) then comes up Runtime error so i am going to check forums now to see if there is a fix.

Here are my specs anyways

Amd athlon xp 2800+ (2.8ghz)
Radeon 9550 256 mb vid card
1024 Gb of system ram
80Gb hard drive
Soundblaster EAX live card

When the game does run it runs flawlessly on medium settings.

Runtime error after 15 minutes in game

Hi there i hope some one can help me i get about 15 min into the game and then get booted with a runtime error can some 1 advise me to how i can fix this pls

What does the error message specifically say? And does it happen every time you log in, the same amount of time into the game, or does it only happen sometimes?

It has happened the last 4 times i have logged in around the same time. It closes down then spits up some screen with computer talk and has (debug,ignore,cancel) and says to send to supprt but then just dissapears and up pops Runtime error.Im sorry this is not very specific to what the problem is so i will log onto game now and see if it does it again then i will reply with the exact error.

Hi there it just happened again here is what the screen says when it popped up after crashing. I noticed the memory saying 45mb/1023? wtf

access violations in my experience normaly occur as a result of bad or failing memory, as there is a reference to video in the report i would assume it is refering to grapics memory, this however doesn't mean it is bad or failing it's possible that it is overheating, Check your graphics card fan to make sure it is working optimaly if it is dusty give it a clean also check the fan speed if it appears a little slow replace it.
also check that you are using the current directx version directx 9c or better (this is probably not related to your problem but won't hurt to upgrade if you are below 9c)
