hi im new and i dont know how to get in the servers when i log in the only thing i get is the ability to change personal details, enter serial number or to sign up

Since you made it to the forums I'd go to the Support section and talk to the all knowing support team there either via email or using the Klients software you can easily download. Klients will allow you to chat with support directly and would be a quicker solution to your problem.

Hi Equites, welcome to Ryzom. Sorry if I'm being silly asking this but are you trying to play the game through an internet browser or have you downloaded the game client?
