The Daily Yubo

The bustle of Yrkanis enveloping him, Owagwyn walked down the paths of the splendid capital toward the southern merchants. A new refugee, having recently arrived on the mainland, had requested a stronger weapon but two days before, no doubt to help her stay the ravenous jaws of the ragus and gingo just outside the city. Having found his apartment and packers empty of anything useful on that day, Owagwyn decided, at last, to take a break from his typically busy schedule of digging to instead restock his weapon supplies.
No matter the purpose, this carefree day was quite a relief -- no dragging a bag heavy with shells and bark, no awkward silence as he bought ticket after ticket from the Karavan figure that operated the capital's teleporter... "Was it the same Karavan each time, or do they all look alike?" he pondered. In this gentle musing, Owagwyn passed a parchment fluttering on the ground, nearly avoiding his sight completely. Glancing, at first apathetically but then with sincere interest, at this discarded paper, he immediately recognized one of the homins and began to read with gradually increasing laughter...
((The Daily Yubo?))
Having finished, Owagwyn fastened this news, of which he could only find the first page, to a nearby lamp pole. He expected no one to believe it, as he did not, but thought a few other homins may enjoy a good laugh, posted the note, and continued on his way.
