In the past month have you experienced a high increase of Packet loss, where you weren't previously?
If youvd had no packet loss since gf took over, please state it in a reply!
I used to have a constant 0 packet loss before GF changed the providers.
Ive probably not made the options too clear, but the top 2 options are since GF took over!

Where's the "I have less now than before" option?
(no I'm not being "snarky" as Jy would say, I seriously have less now, as do many other people I've talked to)

I would have picked the "Less now" option as well.

Bring up your connection window (N key for me, possibly shift-N for newer installations). There are 5 lines:
Upload (ammount of data your computer is sending to server)
Download (ammount of data your computer is receiving from server)
Ping (time it takes for 1 data packet to be sent to the server and acknowledgement to return)
Packet Loss (% of data packets lost)
and
Server State (current connection status, Connected is good, anything else is bad)

With Jolt I had packet loss, a lot, from time to time it made my client crash.
This problem have dissapeared. Only a few PW for a few mins some days, and nothing else.
