Hi Kelon, at what stage is it not working? Downloading from the site or downloading patches through the client? (I probably can't help either way but thought I'd ask to make sure )

The installer is a file about 1.7GB in size, and you can run an MD5 checksum on it to check it's integrity.

Before I can give you any assistance I need to know what stage of downloading as Ashling has said.
If you are unable to instal directly from the website I suggest you get a downloading program to help with downloading the installer.
