when i try to install the game but i cant, because in the pregram say that the archive is either in unknown format or damaged Cannot open....

Go back to the home page and drop down to the Support section. Always someone there to help with troubles like these. Good Luck!

Bad download, youll need to download it again. Try using a download manager- it might help

I've done this 4 times. Each time it's given me a 10 to 12 hour down load and when I try to unpack it says that Data1 and Data11 are corrupt.

That's if I use download 2 if I use download 1 it downloads in less than a minute. Of course the download is in no way complete.

Any help out there?

i can post you a dvd if you like? (serious offer, you can just copy files to hdd and it will run, pm me your address if you want)
