Hello, i hope someone can come up with a fix for this issue because it is getting really bad: after selecting character and clicking on "play", game starts loading and hangs at the very last box of the loading bar. Reinstalling the game using the new installer fixed the problem for a few days, now the problem is back

I tried deleting the config file in the save folder, game loaded once ok but today it hangs again in the same place....seems like nobody has a solution for this....
Game worked fine, i never had a problem with it until the latest series of patches. These patches hardly introduced anything new but they sure added a whole lot of bugs and the technical support seems non existent.
I love this game and i hate to quit it but i see no other option, i cannot spend hours trying to make it run every evening when i come from work

Best bet is to make sure you've allowed all the ports in your firewall/router and added SoR client to the firewall too. Check out this page for some more info

Thank you for your reply Sprite , no firewalls on my pc and the ports are allowed on the router, game worked ok even without opening the ports but i hoped for less "please waits" is why i opened them.
I am trying to find the cause of this problem on my pc, if i manage to find it, i will post it here.
