I have a little problem in connecting...maybe i have to pay to play?
I hope no...
at start i do not have problem but today i find this problem...or better....not find!
What have i to do????
help me please!

As Tr808 said, the shards were temperarily down today. They are now up and everything should be a go!

ok thanks...infact today it work good!but...i have another problem(sorry)
I have an ATI Radeon 9550 but my screen turn off while i'm playng...Is a problem of video card,or of monitor?

Does this happen while your playing or when u do nothing for, lets say, 15 minutes?

Well, if your monitor turns off every now and again, then its your monitor.
If your monitor stays on, but goes black, it could be your graphics card overheating. Make sure there is enough ventillation for your computer to stay cool enough. Make sure to keep it clean from dust and other stuff that can clog up fans, or add some more fans.

yes it goes black,but for other games i have no problem...however tnx to all for trying help me =)

driver crash/vpu recovery probably.
i have one pc with radeon 9550 too and after some "few" different drivers i ended up using "Omega 3.8.291". i also running Ryzom in low details, vertex/pixel shaders disabled and windowed mode (probably runs in full screen too)
all other drivers i tried gave me driver crash/vpu recovery... so, if you have few hours, test different drivers
