Just curios...
Do CSR's get free accounts for their volunteer work as CSR's?

Under Jolt they didn't pay, no. Under GF who knows; there aren't any around to ask yet

Its possible that Gameforge too will provide free account for volunteer CSRs as a compensation for spending their time for the benefit of the community. However if anyone decides to apply for CSR then this should not be a reason to apply.

Well, my point was...
I've met some really cool CSRs in this game, and it would be tragic if they are losing their accounts over this...
So, what I'm wondering is, are so many people are leaving because they are losing their accounts?
I mean, maybe we could start a petition or something... I don't know anything about the arrangements or any of the details...

I believe they just have their free payment dropped and then they're free to start picking up the cost if they so wish.

if the cost matters to you... you probably need to get a job... the experienced player -> CSR transition isn't less enjoyable than just playing the game... i'm hoping they pick many experienced players so that there isn't even a feeling a having to log in for several hours at a tim daily

In the German Post Phelan makes to clear that they will continue to give free Accs. to CSR-Volunteers.
But you will have to know this game to get into the programm. That´s for sure.
So no free playing just for having three more letters behind your name
People who were CSRs and for whatever reasons don´t want to work for GF, will simply pay the normal fee, as they are not commiting their Gametime to the Comuntiy anymore.
Simple and logical as that.
