what are people to do now? Klients? IRC? email?

the game still goes on and GF should have planned some support WAY before now!

You move a server and get rid of the CSR team within like a week. heh, surly there would be issues with the new servers for some people. but you havent provided info on them.

we need to know ports and ip addresses etc.

and GF owe a thank-you to whoevers been in Klinets trying to help people over night.

According to Phelan, the ingame ticket system still works and they'll be there to answer them.

Both "unofficial" as yet, but I'm guessing if we go anywhere that's where it'll be at considering its a gameforge server

Fyi the billing support people do "normal" work hours - so aren't around on weekends

FYI They had a few normal bussiness days Spriteh, the fact I am posting at the weekend is incidental.

If you got a helpfull suggestion, fine I'd appreciate it, otherwise suck upto GF somwhere else.
