Help with installing.

everytime i try to install the game , i get a message saying
"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged
Cannot open C:\........."
can anyone help me? anyone had a simular problem?

make sure install file has correct size.. 1.8 GiB or so.
installer was one big self-extracting zip file before which had actual install files in it), so you may also try to open installer you downloaded in winzip (or something similar) and test it for errors.
you may also try to redownload it using torrent (and depending you torrent client, you may even be able to "resume" (or check) your currently downloaded file.
