Ryzom

Hello,

As you all know, Nevrax ran into serious financial problems last year. Even though Gameforge can cover the immediate financial needs, a game that spends more than it earns won't survive. Rather than cutting costs on game developers, we decided to move the support in house. And yes, this means we are ending the contract with Jolt Online Gaming. The Jolt CSR team has done an excellent job since the beginning, Ryzom really owes them a lot.

This is where we need your help. We are seeking volunteer CSRs to make new support and event teams, who are willing to help with:
- technical support in game and on the boards
- boards moderation
- events
If you want to help keeping Ryzom alive, please contact us at application@ryzom.com and send us a short Ryzom resume (how long have you been playing Ryzom, why do you think you'd make a good CSR...).

Important: due to legal reasons you have to be at least 18 years old.

Would it be possible to be given the names of the new GM's as and when it happens?

Maybe they could say a formal "Hi" on the fourms. give a bit about themselves?

Are there no other requirements?

Previously, I was told that you couldn't be a CSR if you had been suspended from the game for a specific time, things like that.

Im sure they will look into things like that, they will look for experiance, gamming knowledge ect
