problem with start. i post log

Hi all, im new here. i wanted to try the game before buy it but after i install it, i cant get it working. when i run it, i see a process called "client_ryzom_rd.exe" running at 11.000~ Kb. Always stop at that load. and nothing happends till i kill the process. i opened all ports in my router and firewall but i still cant open it.

please help me :(

EDIT: i have P4 3.2Ghz, 512 MB ram, NVidia Geforce 4 420MX with original nvidia drivers 93.71 over windows 2000 pro. 3mb/sec connection and directx 9 installed. i also have open GL enabled, the resolution and color bits are 1024x768 32bit in desktop and also in ryzom config.
i have nothing running while trying to load it, dont even msn.

Chances are that your firewall is blocking things.
Make sure that the Ryzom client has full access or manually open the outgoing network port ranges as listed in your 'Welcome to Ryzom' email.

Sometimes just restarting Windows after installing/patching the game will work.

as i said, i have all ports opened in router and firewall, plus i closed firewall.

Some firewalls like ZoneAlarm will block things they do not recognise even when you disable them.

It could also be an ISP issue. Some ISPs will run a transparent proxy/cache which will interfere with Ryzom. You might want to check with them if you know the problem does not lie with your system.

yep, my ISP runs a proxycache. i know it. what can i do? :(
