Fyros citizenship ritual for guilds

I'll admit it. I'm probably as dense as a box of rocks. I probably walked right by this thing a zillion times and just didnt see it.
I've searched high (google) and low (dogpile) and found nary a hint of a rumor of a help in my search.
What I am lookin for is the "flame of truth". I found the one for disciplen and the one for honor. (one at the north end of imperial dunes and one at the south end) but can not find truth.
If you know of its location and are willing to share this precious knowledge, please send me PM.
Edited to add: I also searched high, low, inbetween and all around in the imperial dunes. I have my plane clipping set to highest so it's not likely I passed close by it and it didnt load image, but I guess that can happen.
