Whats up with billing?

billing is still messed up. i have a rolling battle with ryzom billing as i have a 6 month or 1 year sub whichever it was $70.44 nov 2 2006.
playing ping pong email with support, them telling me i havent got a long sub my visa, and transaction number showing differently.
right now i am at the "please wait till the holidays are over before we can sort this out, sorry for the inconvienience" reply, and yes it was in those words.
the 3rd is coming up fast if i get charged i will have no choice but to submit them to visa fraud.

they haved moved my ticket to low priority and charged my card, i have since then reported the billing dept to visa fraud.
what will it take to fix this?
