self heal spells (stam, sap and life) all share the same timer?

It is purely a strategic element. (ie) I am harvesting very rare and good materials in an area infested by aggro mobs...I pull a 0 source mode on one of those rare nodes, but I do not have enough focus to change the source mode AND pull my max amount of material for that node. Do I...
1.) Heal Focus entirely and Alternate Care plans until I can strike a 1 source mode rating?
2.) Keep my 0 Source Mode for the node duration, and be prepared to heal the damage that I take from the inevitable explosions I will endure?
3.) Take some damage from the node, as well as a few materials, but retain the ability to heal my health to full meter when one of those mobs comes chewing on me?
4.) Use my lowest level (fastest timer reset) Focus heal, hoping to regain the timer by the time my node is harvested, in case I am attacked immediately after.
5.) release this node in order to heal my Stamina to full bar (which is low due to creature fighting), and maintain ability to fight off the nearby Mobs.
So the strategy for the use of any given heal bar is not only a question of which bar to heal, but which level of heal to use, as the timer delays between a "minor" heal and a "major" heal are substantial at higher levels. The question becomes even more complex when grouped and fighting larger scale battles with healer support.

You know that you can combine self powers? I.e. make a custom power with - for example - heal 2, sap 2 and balance it with a timer 4 credit.

Good concept - have you tried it?... be interested to know if timer is 180 sec or 360 sec for re-use

No it isnt double ... but you do get a cooldown timer which isnt that bad.

it will be 180, the same as a class 4 heal, but heal for 200 each instaid of 400 to one pool
