Account Management Problem...

Okay, Im trying to get in to get to billing, so I can pay to play.
It tells me Invalid Account, So I go to Lost Password, Put in Login & Email Address...
Invalid Account.
I'm not sure what to do. I don't know where to change what, and I originally had my game registered under another address and Im not sure which one, I do not have the original email with the activation key. How do I go about fixing this?
If the login is different then the login for the game, how do I find out what the login name is, or the login + email address. I am SO confused.
