Some points from a noobie...

...actually, the character I am playing now is not my first, but my second. I tried the game a few months ago and loved it, but let it go when the company started having issues.
I came back when I heard the good financial news and just started a brand new account. I'll be honest, this second time around things have gone SO Much better! Even the game seems to be running smoother...(well, I did get a better graphics card lol) Also, I rolled one of the little people whereas last time I rolled a Zorai and I'm telling you, the Zorai place was indeed deserted almost. The Tryker place is full of people ,and just feels more welcoming.
WIthin a few days I found (or they found me) a very cool guild, they even helped give me some stuff and a good deal of starting funds!
Everything was going good, I am even making headway in my experiment to play the game while NEVER wearing armor (amps dont count..theyre a weapon..) and am having a lot of fun exploring and watching the weather cycles, the herding, the curious animals..
THEN....(doomy music) I log in to find ALL MY STUFF GONE. All my hotbars, empty, I had nothing EXCEPT my money (thank goodness). I sent a ticket and within MINUTES they responded and said they were having some issues like this pop up. I told em "no worries" cuz I could just go mine and let the guy go. Then, when I tried to go mining it said I didn't have something memorized or something, and couldn't even mine basic piles! lol
After another ticket sent (and answered VERY promptly) I decided to maybe log off for the night. So, here I am, waiting to go ahead and log and crossing my fingers in the hopes my stuff is back.
If not, honestly, in my case I am lucky, but I don't really care about the stuff. I mean, I feel bad for my guildie that gave it to me, she was very generous, but she didn't seem to bothered by it, so then I'll just hope for the best and see what happens.
These mistakes happen, and the game needs support right now, so I'm gonna give it.
Now, where's my undies?

Agreed, patience is needed during a time of company transition as stuff like this will happen unfortunately and I am glad you decided to give the game another go!!

*goes off in search of undies* :D

Well I still have not recieved any of my things, and I can't mine or do ANYTHING, and some of my stats were set WAY back, so that when my guildie replaced some of my lost stuff I couldn't even use it, although I was the night before.
I am slowly playing, in my undies, zapping monsters and trying not to die. In the meanwhile I am doing experiments with graphics setting, chatting it up, and enjoying the scenery.
Seems other people are having this issue too..to be honest I have never been part of any major bug in a game so it's a little exciting. Frustrating, too, but exciting.
I am hoping to hit lvl 30 in off. magic tonight so that I can try on my amps again, and hopefully everything will be back up to speed soon.
And I cannot take credit for playing without any armor. A player from WoW did it with his troll hunter, and I thought I'd try it. I do not want to interupt the flow of the Rp'ers out there, so I have come up with a good story of my father and his distaste for armor. Last thing I want to do is make it seem like I am doing it to be a brat...
Thanks for the replies!
Beau

What I find morst interesting here, is that I´ve heard of nothing like this from Aniro, or Leanon up until now. It does seem to happen only on Arispotle. :(

Yeh I still haven't got my stuff back, so my guild hooked me up with some lower level stuff (since I got knocked back in INt and other stats) to get me back on my feet again.
I'm back almost to the point I was before I got uhm..sick. I think I might be seeing the light soon enuf.
The gms have told me to wait. I will.
ANd no more naked for me. I had to resort to putting on armor just so I could survive to get back (almost) to the point I was. My father would NOT be proud, but I think it's time to grow up.

Hello,

On Aniro some homins are having the same issues : loosing everything except their helmet (no more mektoubs, empty bag => ouch...).

I hope Devs find a quick solution *getting nervous*

Hmmm, may be I should put all my things in my appartement :D
