Recently (within half an hour ago), I made an attempt to upgrade my account via the PayByCash system. At one point, I clicked the "Back" button in my browser, inadvertently clicking twice, and it tried to send me back to my account page. However, being that my session had timed out, it brought me to the account login page, instead. In doing so, I was unable to return to the PayByCash registration page I had been on, previously (despite fervent attempts at clicking the "Back" and "Forward" browser buttons), and going into my account page, I am unable to sign up in this method, as I have a "transaction pending".

Is there any way to close this pending transaction, so that I can sign up?

UPDATE: It seems I've managed to circumvent said problem by terminating the account, then "re-subscribing". However, I am faced with a new issue...attempting to sign up with the InstaDebit option for PayByCash is giving me a "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify your identity. Please make sure the information entered is accurate and try again." error each time I try to submit my registration.

i have a somewhat similar problem, when i tried to pay using paypal i got a response that said "nevrax is unable to accept payments". i canceled the transaction and tried again with the same result except that now i cannot cancel the transaction. i do not wish to cancel my account and try again because i do not want to lose my character.

Same sort of problem here: Wanted to sign up but had to check bank details, so closed the browser to do it later. Now there are 2 pending payments that I have no way to cancel, nor are the alternatives for payments.

Fine to log transaction stuff, but surely there is some way to manage it!

I am still keen to get to the mainland once someone sorts the payment stuff out. Hope it is soon!

You are all in the wrong place...

Go to the support page and enter Klients for "live" chat support and/or send info to billing.

Bear in mind it's a holiday weekend...

There does currently appear to be an issue with Paypal, very sorry for the inconvenience here, it is being looked at.

I subscribed to Ryzom using PBC about 3 hours or so ago... It still is saying pending... do I have to wait till Monday to have access or will it open soon?

I used the email Transfer option for PBC... it's been over 6 hours... just wondering what may be going on.

Paybycash can take up to a few days for the money to arrive.

I am stuck in the problem with paypal... Any chance we can get a native paypal payment option without the 3 dollar surcharge that hurts the pocket?

The billing people are not trying to scare anyone off with additional costs. Chances are all they are doing is passing the costs PAYPAL or others are charging for your service (similar reason why not all stores allow all credit cards, ATM's are the same)... You're probably barking up the wrong tree.
