, I havn´t met any unpleasant folks jet , neither on Arispotle nor on cho, the few d....... did´nt stay long enough to be unpleasant

and it is Chiang the Strong I'm pretty sure. In front, behind, wherever, he is the npc within a few feet of you with lots of people standing around him, next to the tower on top of the hill. Hard to miss.

Hint, read all speech bubbles when talking to npcs, they contain information they won't repeat...so don't just click past them without reading.
