Are there any guides for Klients.

After re-installing my PC a while back, I didn't have Klients installed. During yesterday's outage, I downloaded Klients again to check out what the ETA was for the game coming back. All I get when I run it is a never ending loop of "only registered users can access" (or words to that effect) messages.

I couldn't find any info on how to change my log in details, or indeed which password I should be using (game or accounting). What's the point in having a support tool with no support/documentation?

It looks like your account has gotten disconnected from Klients.
Email support-ee@ryzom.com and ask them to fix it up for you.

login details are under Main->Plugins->MtpChat setup
clear those and/or enter correct values and press validate
