Ryzom

Today I was preparing a post to give my views on a third faction...Neutral.
But my "you have mail" interrupted me with the news that Nevrax are handing control of Ryzom to another entity. Of course this is a time of concern as nobody likes to be cast into the unknown..but evolution has that habit of removing the weak.
In the business world it is obvious that Nevrax is not one of the 'big hitters', not one of the 'ruthless companies', and they paid the price......
But They have found the elusive 'IT' that many companies search for......they have attracted and nurtured a strong community. And this is the strength of Ryzom that I will present to any potential investor.
I am a little oasis in the world of business...anybody is welcome to join me in stating they are a citizen of Atys that can look beyond petty in fighting, and show we are all united as we step into the future....If all I can offer is a hand of solidarity, then let that be a start

I aint leaving atys...the only reason that would made me leave is it gets in the wrong hands and the feeling gets out of the game...but that wont happen to fast.

A mass gathering of all Homins (and regional ones
for those without TPs) to honor our brothers and sisters
seems like a wonderful idea. A catharsis, and maybe
even catch the eye of our hopefully respectful new
owner. Perhaps Saturday at a time when the most
players from different time zones can meet together.
