I'm sorry this is so frustrating. Bibit (the company that handles the billing) has to do the check to ensure a valid credit card.

We actually asked way before we opened if there was a way around this issue and as you can see, there wasn't. :(

Please do call your CC company. If it's rejected, it's usually because the CC company blocked it.

Thanks & Good luck,

Just so you know, the reason why it is often blocked is a security issue. Because it is relatively easy to steal someones credit card number and order stuff on the internet, many thieves use a small charge on the credit card to make sure it works, they then continue to leech the card using a small amount, some in canada and usa were known to charge as little as 50c per week. Whilst this does not appear to be much, when placed over a million credit numbers it is alot of money.

So to combat this the card companies started autoblocking small transactions. I also had to tell my bank to switch this system off a few months ago when i tried to make a bank transaction for 99p (it was the remained of an unpaid bill) and it was refused. But after being made aware why it was refused i understood the reasoning as i am sure you will.

I also do not understand why it is required for bibit to use a system like this, they as a credit company must know that 90% of the worlds other credit organisations block small transfer requests.

With regards the horizons post above, $5 is actually a better amount to charge because it is well over the minimum avg request. Although i understand your reasoning, being a player of horizons who couldnt log in for 3 days after creating my account, i disagree it was a fiasco. Money and how it is transferred about is a serious matter. And if it takes longer thats not a problem. As for multi bills not being removed, you can do that yourself at a later date. With just a phonecall.
