Trying to cancel my account but it wont let me, please help. What should I do?

Ive tried using the account name/password I use for these forums and it wont acknowledge them, also tried having it send me a new password to my email but it wont do that either.

The password used in account management is not your game login password and if you use an incorrect one or you will receive the message invalid account.

It should be in the original email sent to you when you first registered your account. This is for security reasons. You can use the 'Lost your password?' link to generate a new one if needed to access your account information in the future, but again if you use an incorrect email for this the invalid account message will appear. Please check that you are using the email that you registered with.
